Why does low pH matter?

Healthy skin is slightly acidic. A low pH cleanser stays close to that, so it is less likely to leave skin tight than a high pH soap.

Is it for morning or evening?

Both. In the evening, use it as the second step after an oil cleanser.

Does it treat acne?
