No. Oil dissolves oil and rinses off completely once it turns milky with water.
Does it remove waterproof mascara?
It removes most makeup in one cleanse. Give waterproof mascara a little extra time with the oil before rinsing.
Can I use it in the morning?
You can, but in the morning a gentle water-based cleanser is usually enough.
