At Lumière Seoul, we are committed to delivering high-quality skincare products. Due to hygiene and safety standards applicable to cosmetic products, strict return conditions apply. By placing an order, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.
This right does not apply if the product has been opened, used, or if any hygiene seal has been broken. For cosmetic products, sealing is considered a hygiene protection measure and must remain intact.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you must contact us at info@lumiereseoul.com within the return period. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, any original shipping costs are also non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days using your original payment method.
Refunds may be delayed depending on your bank or payment provider.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
After review, we will determine whether a replacement, partial refund, or full refund is applicable.
NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
We do not offer refunds for:
- Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities
- Incorrect product use
- Opened or used skincare products (due to hygiene reasons)
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived, you must contact us within 21 days of shipment. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
