1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak periods (such as promotions, product launches, or holidays), processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

2. SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–12 business days

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These are subject to change without notice.

 

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

5. DELAYS & CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or external factors beyond our control.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Weather disruptions
  • Customs clearance delays
  • High shipping volume periods

 

6. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not liable for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply.

7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Please first contact the shipping carrier
  • Check with neighbors or your local delivery point

We do not guarantee replacements or refunds for packages marked as delivered.

However, we may assist in filing an investigation with the carrier.

 

8. MISSING PACKAGES

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, you must contact us within 21 days of the shipping date.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

 

9. DAMAGED PARCELS

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the packaging and products

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

 

10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DUTIES

For international orders:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs authorities.

 

11. REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused or not collected:

  • The order may be returned to us
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping or handling fees may be deducted from any refund

 

12. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability.

You will receive separate tracking numbers if applicable.
