Can pores actually shrink?

Not permanently: pore size is largely genetic. Keeping pores clear and your skin well hydrated makes them look smaller and smoother.

How often should I use BHA?

Start two or three times a week and build up if your skin stays comfortable. Most skin needs it once a day at most. Wear sunscreen during the day.

Are pore strips a good idea?

They pull out the top of a blackhead, which looks satisfying, but it fills up again within days and the pulling can irritate. Dissolving the plug with BHA is gentler and lasts longer.
